photographer) and the client. If the parties want to waive one provision of this Agreement, that does not mean that any other provision is also waived. SESSION FEE: The cost of your session is stated in the quotation. A 50% non refundable deposit is required in order to secure the booking. The balance is due a day before the shoot. This pays for the initial portrait session, the Photographer's time, make up, editing of the images, conversations with the client, creating an album and ordering and delivering of the album or products. No appointment is scheduled until payment has been received. PAYMENTS: Client agrees to timely payment. The photographer accepts cash, or EFT payments. Final payment is due a day before portrait session. MODEL\/EXHIBITION\/RELEASE: Photographer retains ownership of digital originals and the unrestricted right to copyright, use and publish images resulting from this assignment for commercial, promotion, competition or other purposes such as, but not limited to, print ads, brochures, websites, exhibits and other promotions without compensation or liability to the client.  COPYRIGHTS: The photographs produced by this photographer are protected by copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without photographer's explicitly written permission. The Photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, or alter any image produced at this photo session. You may post images on social net- working sites as long as the photographer is credited and tagged.  This does not include private and normal family usage of images and related products. The client is allowed to print and distribute any of the images for private use and for competition entry\u2019s. CANCELLATIONS: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Lara Jayne. If the shoot is canceled. For any reason including fire\/strike\/sickness or acts of God, the deposit cannot be refunded.  If the shoot is postponed within a week of your session, your deposit can be used towards a future session BEING ON TIME: Both the photographer and clients are expected to be on time and ready for the session according to the times stated in the contract. If the client or anyone from their party is late, the time the photographer spends waiting will still be counted towards the agreed upon session time  DIGITAL RETOUCHING: The Photographer will use lightroom and Photoshop to digitally enhance images in the following manner: blemish removal, whiten teeth, adjusting color, contrast, and brightness. slimming, skin smoothing. Matenity\/Boudoir photography is about being yourself and embracing yourself, Lara Jayne will keep you looking natural, but also making you the best version of yourself. Images are edited to the photographer\u2019s discretion and will reflect the photographer personal style of photography.  Please take the time to look at my other images to see if my style is a good fit for you.  DELIVERY OF IMAGES: Your images will be edited and delivered 21 days after your session. A session typically delivers around 30+ final edited images.  Your images will be delivered to you electronically or on a USB flash drive depending on that package. You will have the ability to download the full resolution files and save them to your own computer or electronic devises.
